  Each month you will receive an email with a link to access your subscriber area, where you can choose the figure you want to receive that month.

• Are shipping costs included in the monthly fee?

  Shipping costs are not included. The cost will be calculated based on your delivery address and automatically added to your plan.

• When will I be charged and when will I receive my figure?

  The subscription charge and shipping costs are automatically processed once a month. Once payment and your figure selection are confirmed, we will prepare your order. Shipping times are the same as for any store order.

• What happens if I forget to choose my figure one month?

  Don't worry, we'll send you a surprise! If you don't select your figure in time, we'll choose a random one for you.

• How do I apply my discount in the store?

  Your discount is automatically applied when you make a purchase with your account and email, as long as you have an active subscription.

• Can I cancel anytime?

  Yes, you can cancel at any time from your profile, before your renewal date to avoid being charged for that month.

• How can I upgrade my plan?

  To upgrade to a higher plan, you must first cancel your current subscription before the renewal date. Once canceled, you can then subscribe to the new plan of your choice without issue. This will prevent duplicate charges and ensure the change is processed correctly.
